You will start with the foundation component of the Master’s course studying the psychology of today’s learners, which is the first prerequisite to becoming a learner-friendly teacher along with acquainting you with the accurate ways to conduct internet research. Moving on to the core you will study how to plan and create the right learning environment, the different strategies of instructions, behavioural management of different learners, detailed explanation of conducting education research, etc. You will get the option to choose from a wide range of specializations related to Education. Next you will move on to the Professional Doctorate in Education and will be focusing on advanced research under the guidance of a friendly thesis advisor and finally facing the defense to complete the Doctorate.

All our Master’s programs under Faculty of Education have four distinct parts:
- Part One – Foundation Course which comprises of 10 credits and 2 Subjects
- Part Two – Core Program comes with 30 credits and 6 Subjects
- Part Three – 4 Specialization Subjects have 20 credits
- Part Four – Capstone Project which is a reflective research work comprises of 30 credits
The Professional Doctorate involves the following stages:
- Complete the Point Based Application form to check your eligibility
- Stage 1: Coursework 1 - Conducting Accurate Internet Research and Introduction to Research
- Stage 2: Coursework 2 – Understanding Education as a Discipline
- Stage 3: Dissertation (15,000 words research)
- Stage 4: A live online defense in front of a panel
*Through the course work, you will become familiar with the theoretical problems relevant to your professional field and reflect on how you can integrate these into your own research project.
To receive a degree in the program of study the student must achieve the following:
- Complete and successfully pass Master’s and Doctorate subjects as prescribed in the program specification.
- Obtain a score of 50% and above to satisfactorily pass each subject
- Complete the full program of study in minimum duration of 2 years and a maximum duration of up to 4 years. However, those unable to complete the program within the stipulated time will be given a grace period of 1 year and the student would be required to pay a maintenance bench fee to finish his/her degree within that grace period
- Students can attend 6 Live Online Webinar Sessions during the entire program from expert teachers at no additional cost.

Degree and Transcript are issued by The European International University, Paris and a program participation letter is given by Asian College of Teachers.
Certification

- Students will also receive a letter of Completion from Asian College of Teachers (ACT).

Scholarships
Asian College of Teachers offers tuition scholarships and financial aid for its online learning degree programs. The tuition scholarship fund for distance learning degree programs will be granted depending on the policy and the Dean’s office from time to time. It was a great experience taking up this course. Initially, I was skeptical about taking the course given my situation having a one year old kid to take care of along with my household chores and office work. When I started this course, I was not even sure if I would be able to make it. But then the course materials were very easy to follow and with the feedback on each assignment given by the course instructor I was able to complete the course with a first class grade. This course was structured very well and real time examples in each module helped me understand things better. For an aspiring teacher like me, this course was really useful.
